no sleep what to do?

are you sleepless?

ask yourself where is the fault?

is it health oriented or
career oriented or
love oriented or

if it is health problem correct the problem immediately consulting a physician or psychologist

if it is career problem learn to meditate and apply better techniques to overcome it

if it is personal then peep out of it or it may swallow you


sleep well ... without pills
